We shall talk about your habits and lifestyle, your food preferences, your health concerns and targets. You may be required to do some medical tests.
I will draw up an individual nutritional plan that takes into account your current state of health and your goals based on laboratory tests and available analytical information. I recommend regular monitoring of body weight, BMI, protein, fat and carbohydrate levels, visceral fat, muscle and bone mass, metabolic rate.
